2016 National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence

Girl Scouts

Girl Scouts is part of the St. George Church Family and Community Life Ministry.  It is a national organization that promotes integrity, responsibility and patriotism in girls.  St. George Girl Scouts participate in Catholic scouting activities that provide service to the community as well as fun activities throughout the year such as camping, bowling, ice skating, Best Guy Dance, and more.  Girl Scouts are also eligible and encouraged to earn religious emblems that are awarded in a ceremony by the Bishop.

All girls in grades K-8 are eligible to join. For more information about your daughter joining a troop or becoming a troop leader, please contact Courtney Rahm at courtney@fpcpa.com or (225) 205-6277 or Betty Tanory at bet3m@yahoo.com or (225) 405-9990.

For information on your scout or troop earning religious emblems, please contact Gina Wilson at garrigowilson@gmail.com.
